Learn Spanish in the home of your teacher and enjoy a full Spanish immersion experience in a friendly home environment.
Living with and being taught by your own private teacher is an ideal option for all kinds of students (adults, juniors, couples, families) who want to have a personalized programme and to get the maximum results in the minimum time.
You will be welcomed into your teacher's home where you will experience life in Spain as part of a warm, friendly family. You will improve your language skills but also experience an authentic sense of the Spanish way of life.
We cater for all ages and abilities and will work together with each student to ensure we provide a language course that suits their interests and study objectives.
This programme is very flexible, you decide the dates, how long you would like to stay, and the number of lessons per week - 15, 20, 25 or 30.
Usually, the Spanish lessons are in the mornings, while the afternoons and evenings are free for activities, visits, or private study.
At the beginning of the course, the teacher will assess your level of Spanish and requirements and will work with you to design a personalised study program. This way you can be sure that it meets exactly your learning objectives. The plan is flexible and can be modified as the course advances.
At the end of the course, you'll have a new assessment to record progress. We will give you a complete report with your final achievement and recommendations for future study, together with your certificate.
If a member of your family or a friend would like to take the course with you, we also offer the possibility. If you have the same level, you can have the lessons together (one to two). It is also possible that the accompanying person doesn't take lessons but stays with you in the family and enjoys the activities too.
Staying with a Spanish family is a great cultural experience as you interact daily with local people (the teacher, the teacher's family, friends and neighbours). You'll have the opportunity to participate in their daily life, learn their customs and even cook Spanish typical food.
Our teacher's homes are of good standard. You will have full board, your own study bedroom and will share bathroom facilities with the family. You can also request a private bathroom.
There is WIFI at your teacher's home and laundry facilities will also be available for you to use.
The social programme is adapted to your needs and wishes so whatever your interests are, you can fully enjoy your stay.
On the first day, the teacher will give you an orientation tour so that you get familiar with the city.
Two afternoons/evenings per week your teacher will also accompany you on a cultural visit, to a museum, exhibitions, to practice sports, to the cinema, theatre, walking.... always depending on your preferences.
The rest of the days and on the weekend, you can join the activity programme of the school and meet other international students who are also learning Spanish with us..
