Course Description :

The Whitgift online Academic Skills in English  course has been specifically developed to support students aged between 14-16 who need to improve their English for their future studies.

Led by specialist EAP teachers (English for Academic Purposes) and designed by EAL (English as an Additional Language) teachers at Whitgift, this course, aimed at teenagers aged between 14 - 16 years of age, focuses on academic writing, language enrichment, reading and presentation skills. Students who take part in this course will feel more confident in their English skills and better prepared for the next academic year.

This course is ideal for international  students who are:

1. Preparing for 6th Form at an English-speaking school (IB/A-Level)
2. About to begin or currently studying a iGCSE/GCSE programme
3. Preparing for the IELTS or B2 First exams

This is an intensive and academically engaging English for Academic Purposes course that will challenge as well as inspire students as they continue on their academic journey.
